  • You will help build multidisciplinary teams to enable safe self-driving at scale.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for US and Canada: drive strategy and candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to plan headcount and track metrics.
  • Maintain data in Lever ATS and use data-driven approaches to optimize pipelines.
  • Improve systems, interview frameworks, and hiring practices across the team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar.
  • 5+ years full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced, high-growth environments (non-tech & tech).
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using an ATS to source, track and manage candidates (Lever preferred).
  • End-to-end recruiting experience; ability to derive pipeline insights with partners.
  • Bonus: recruitment experience in US and Canada.
