📋 Description

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, clarify hiring
• Develop and implement recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal
• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present strong, qualified candidate slates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current recruitment needs and future hiring demands.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, regular progress updates, and
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop competitive offers, using market data and compensation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent
• Significant recruiting experience, with a demonstrated record of success in a corporate talent
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including stakeholder intake, sourcing, candidate
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media sourcing tools, and other
• Strong understanding of human resources principles, talent acquisition practices, and recruitment
• Knowledge of clinical healthcare recruitment and the ability to understand specialized hiring
