📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and analytical roles across teams like Risk Strategy
• Develop a deep understanding of Mercury's products, business model, and risk and regulatory
• Partner with hiring managers to define success, distinguish essential technical and domain
• Build targeted sourcing strategies for niche talent pools, including candidates whose backgrounds

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and 5+ years of overall experience in a talent
• Track record of hiring for technical or quantitative roles in areas such as compliance analytics
• Direct experience recruiting for compliance and risk teams within fintech or financial services
• Comfort learning technical concepts, discussing candidate backgrounds with specialized hiring
• Willingness and ability to take on engineering searches when needed, including information security
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives, influencing hiring decisions, and serving
