Senior Recruiter (Contract, Remote in the EU)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end EU recruitment for technical and business roles
• Drive direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results
• Act as a recruiting advisor, providing insights on talent market conditions, sourcing feasibility, and hiring best practices
• Ensure a structured, timely, and professional candidate experience
• Use SmartRecruiters (ATS) to manage pipelines, reporting, and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech (cloud infra, SaaS, or open-source)
• Experience recruiting engineering talent across cloud, infra, software; Kubernetes, OpenStack, DevOps, AI infra
• Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing, and talent market research
• Hands-on with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple roles independently and own results
