Senior Recruiter (Contractor)

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles.
• Coordinate sourcing, interviews, and offers.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and interviewers across the company.
• Collaborate with People and Talent teams on headcount planning.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes and sourcing strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting; in-house; GTM & G&A.
• Startup/HCM or cloud-based SaaS recruiting experience.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred.
• Experience with recruiting metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to build relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
