📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business areas, from search
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements, candidate
• Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market research, and ongoing
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience through timely communication, consistent follow-up, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth technology company
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS
• Strong understanding of technology talent markets, including the ability to identify relevant
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates
• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across multiple
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: USD $78,000–$154,000 for U.S.-based candidates, with compensation determined based on
