📋 Description

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, shape job descriptions, and build a
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, compensation, and candidate expectations
• Source proactively and creatively to reach passive candidates in industries outside traditional
• Own full cycle recruiting across creative, production, growth, marketing, operations, and finance
• Lead offer conversations and negotiations with confidence and care
• Create a thoughtful, engaging candidate experience that reflects our culture and keeps candidates

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least some of it at a high growth startup
• Proven success hiring across a wide mix of functions, from creative and content to operations and
• Experience recruiting for creative, content, or entertainment roles is a strong plus
• Comfort managing many searches at once and prioritizing well when everything feels urgent
• Strong judgment in assessing talent for roles outside your own area of expertise
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with both candidates and leadership
