🎯 Requirements

6-10+ years recruiting experience in digital, CX, cloud, data/AI
Strong track record recruiting digital experience roles
Experience recruiting in consulting, digital agency, or professional services
Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Proficient in evaluating design talent from portfolios
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; English proficiency required
