• Manage full-cycle recruitment for iGaming, marketing, analytics, and ops.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand goals and market needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Proactively headhunt via LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Evaluate candidates with structured interviews and benchmarking.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and employer positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in recruitment with iGaming focus (mandatory)
• Proven track record hiring SEO, media buying, or affiliate marketing pros
• Advanced sourcing: LinkedIn, Boolean search, Claude, ChatGPT
• Strong network within SEO, affiliate, or media buying domains
• Experience conducting executive and niche searches for hard-to-fill roles
• English - at least intermediate
