📋 Description

• Identify, screen, and manage candidates for contract and direct-hire roles.

• Maintain candidate skills matrix and active ATS records.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Finance & Accounting staffing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Bullhorn or other ATS.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple searches.
• Proven track record of recruiting talent and closing roles.
