📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Recruiting, Risk, and other G&A functions, from intake and
• Develop real fluency in the functions you support so you can identify the signals that distinguish
• Partner with hiring leaders to define the hiring thesis, calibrate the bar, and translate ambiguous
• Build proactive pipelines through market research, targeted sourcing, referrals, and thoughtful
• Advise leaders using market intelligence, recruiting data, and candidate feedback to challenge
• Run disciplined, high-velocity processes while delivering a personal candidate experience and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant ownership of G&A
• Experience recruiting for functions such as Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, People, or Recruiting.
• A track record of independently leading complex or senior-level searches from initial scoping
• Strong talent judgment and research instincts. You can map a market, identify meaningful signals
• The credibility to advise senior leaders, challenge requirements, and influence hiring decisions
• Strong execution and closing skills, including comfort with AI-enabled recruiting workflows, ATS
