• Drive the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles and levels
• Engage talent and manage the full hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience across corporate G&A and marketing functions
• Passion for understanding the basics of what hiring teams are working on
• Demonstrable experience recruiting for a fast-paced company
• High attention-to-detail and ability to balance multiple reqs
• Sharp eye for business with the ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and think ahead
• Ability to effectively articulate the Elastic value proposition to candidates
