📋 Description

• Senior Recruiter focused on Go-To-Market talent (Sales & Marketing) at Socure.
• Own full-cycle recruiting from client management to sourcing strategy through offer close.
• Collaborate with GTM leaders and potentially Finance, People, Operations as needed.
• Contribute to employer branding and DEI initiatives within Talent Acquisition.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years recruiting for commercial/GTM roles in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Knowledge of sales org structures and comp models (OTE, quota, commission).
• Experience with ATS (Ashby preferred) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Navigator, Juicebox, Gem).
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.
• Commitment to inclusive, equitable hiring practices.
