🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines
• Proven GTM hiring (CSMs, Implementation, Solutions Engineers, Rev Ops)
• Success hiring senior stakeholders (Director+), with trust and influence
• Talent Partner mindset; bring insights and data to hiring
• Experience in innovative, high-bar companies
• Proven outbound and passive talent strategies in tight markets
