🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years focused specifically on
  • Demonstrated success personally sourcing and closing a majority of hires through outbound
  • Experience managing 10+ concurrent GTM searches or similarly complex recruiting portfolios, with
  • Direct sourcing and recruiting experience across at least two of the following areas: Sales
  • Strong GTM business acumen, with the ability to understand what makes candidates effective within
  • Demonstrated ability to build targeted talent pipelines and conduct high-quality, personalized
