Senior Recruiter (HR-Focused)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for select roles across multiple functions
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation and system access
• Support HR processes: records, compliance docs, policy coordination
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee data within ATS and HR systems
• Act as a point of contact for recruitment-related and light HR inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Senior Recruiter experience with HR or people operations exposure
• Experience supporting both recruitment and HR coordination activities
• Prior remote work experience with tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ATS
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working within EST hours
