📋 Description

• Lead full life-cycle recruitment efforts for one or more business functions in R&D.
• Identify and attract top, qualified candidates for open requisitions by utilizing multiple
• Update and manage candidates' applications status within an applicant tracking system to ensure
• As a trusted partner, utilize a consultative approach to guide and manage the recruitment process
• Establish a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all talent acquisition
• Prepare competitive offer packages, supplying equity and market competitiveness data when needed.
