  • Drive full-cycle recruiting across GTM and EPD with leaders.
  • Advise hiring leaders on calibration, candidate quality, and closing.
  • Identify and engage exceptional talent before roles open.
  • Streamline recruiting processes, workflows, interview structures.
  • Assess candidates for long-term potential and fit.
  • Manage 8–12 open roles while preserving candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth tech or SaaS.
  • Experience recruiting across GTM and EPD; context-switching.
  • Partner with senior leadership on hiring strategy.
  • Proven track record closing hard-to-reach candidates.
  • Built or improved recruiting processes and interview structures.
  • Ready to step into talent leadership and mentoring.
  • Hybrid work from Palo Alto office at least 2x/week (Mon/Thu).
