Senior Recruiter, Tech / G&A

📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand business priorities, define position
• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across Tech and G&A, including research, sourcing
• Recruit for a range of functions, including Engineering, Product, Data, Finance, People, Legal
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, balancing different skill sets, hiring timelines, and
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive talent through targeted sourcing, LinkedIn
• Establish trusted partnerships with hiring managers by providing regular updates, market insights

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience recruiting for both technical
• Experience recruiting in a technology, SaaS, startup, or high-growth environment.
• A strong technical understanding of the current technology landscape and the ability to effectively
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions with varied requirements, teams, and
• Experience using Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system; strong ATS data hygiene is
• Proven sourcing expertise, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive-candidate
