Senior Recruiting Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate and schedule high-volume phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple time
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to coordinate feedback, interview stages, status
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the ATS and generate recruiting
• Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding activities throughout the hiring
• Lead or contribute to recruiting projects focused on process improvement, recruiting technology

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition coordination, or related HR
• Experience supporting a Go-To-Market organization or similar commercial business function.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with experience using Greenhouse or
• Practical experience with HRIS, preferably Rippling.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and
