Senior Recruiting Coordinator [fixed-term contract]

📋 Description

• Automation Supervision: Run the scheduling tools for your pod. Set them up, check their output
• Pipeline & Capacity: Serve as the expert on your pod's pipeline, working with Recruiters
• Complex Scheduling: Handle internally high-stakes scenarios end to end, including changes
• Escalations: Own the escalation path for your pod, flag patterns, and drive issues to resolution
• Project Work: Own projects end to end, from problem to implemented solution.
• Coverage: Coordinate coverage across your pod during absences and surges.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, with demonstrated experience in high-volume
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work and the judgment to know when to trust the output and
• Proven ability to own and improve processes, with examples of leading projects or initiatives that
• Strong partnership skills: work alongside Recruiters, Sourcers, and Hiring Managers as a
• Excellent judgment and the ability to make independent decisions on scheduling changes and
• Clear, professional communication skills with a talent for keeping multiple stakeholders aligned
