Senior Recruiting Coordinator [fixed-term contract]

📋 Description

• Supervise scheduling automation, including deciding when a candidate needs a human instead of the
• Serve as the subject matter expert on pipeline health and capacity
• Partner directly with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Managers to drive process improvements
• Lead coordination projects end to end, from problem to adopted solution
• Coordinate coverage across the pod during absences and surges
• Ensure high-touch and warm candidate experience, including recovery when automation gets something

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, with demonstrated experience in high-volume
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work, with judgment to know when to trust output and when
• Proven ability to own and improve processes, with examples of leading projects or initiatives that
• Strong partnership skills with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Hiring Managers
• Excellent judgment and ability to make independent decisions on scheduling changes and
• Clear, professional communication skills with talent for keeping multiple stakeholders aligned
