📋 Description

• Lead a team of recruiters covering non-quota and R&D hiring across EMEA.
• Hire across Engineering, R&D, Sales Engineering, and G&A/Marketing/Corp.
• Coach recruiters to plan, close searches, and earn stakeholder trust.
• Own relationships with Directors and engineering leaders across EMEA.
• Combine strategy with hands-on execution on complex searches.
• Use data-driven rigor to diagnose recruiting problems and set actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert experience in full-cycle recruiting, with depth in senior software engineering hiring.
• Proven experience leading recruiting teams across multiple disciplines and locations.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and executive presence with senior stakeholders.
• Strong coaching and bar-setting skills; grow recruiters into talent partners.
• Comfortable handling multiple recruiting disciplines simultaneously (tech, Sales Eng, G&A).
