• Manage end-to-end recruitment pipeline with Hiring Managers and Solution Leads.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates and recruitment agencies.
• Screen and engage talent aligned with Adyen culture.
• Create compelling job descriptions with the hiring manager.
• Build a network of candidates and research new sourcing channels.
• Use data, metrics and insights to solve problems and educate.

🎯 Requirements

• You are an experienced recruiter for Senior ICs and Leadership roles.
• English, Portuguese and Spanish communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Passionate about building a high-performing, growth-focused team.
• Payments/FinTech experience is a plus; enthusiasm required.
