📋 Description

• Manage client acquisition and recruitment delivery in APAC
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key decision makers
• Negotiate terms and manage full recruitment lifecycle
• Source, screen, assess, and interview candidates per client needs
• Support offer negotiations and closing for successful placements
• Develop talent pipelines and monitor market trends

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in recruitment agency, executive search, or talent acquisition
• Proven business development, client acquisition, and account management
• Strong recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment
• Experience with APAC clients and talent markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
