📋 Description

• Lead SEEK’s Recruitment Innovation team within Pay-Per-Hire.
• Drive speed to hire across Australia and Malaysia.
• Manage a 10-person team; report to Head of Commercial Growth.
• Turn frontline insight into disciplined experiments; guide AI tooling.
• Partner with Product, Growth and Ops to improve outcomes.
• Define experiment processes and scale successful approaches across markets.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in recruitment, operations, or growth with delivery accountability.
• Proven people leadership of high-performing individual contributors.
• Experience guiding teams through ambiguity and evolving models.
• Track record designing and running structured experiments.
• Cross-functional with product, commercial and operations stakeholders.
• Confident using AI-enabled tools and driving adoption.
