📋 Description

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiters within the Global Recruitment Leadership Team.
  • Partner with leaders across Tech and Commercial to drive a Talent Acquisition strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in Recruitment in a fast-paced, global matrix org.
  • 5+ years leading teams, removing obstacles and handling escalations.
  • Extensive full-cycle recruitment with focus on passive candidates.
  • Proven experience leading global recruiting projects and collaboration.
  • Proven ability to create and drive recruiting strategies.
  • Trusted advisor who builds relationships in evolving environments.
  • A builder and change agent with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Hands-on yet collaborative, always seeking simpler, more automated solutions.
