🎯 Requirements

Industry exp: 10–12+ years in warehousing/logistics.
Multi-site leadership: experience managing Site GMs across portfolio.
Fleet & Last-Mile expertise; DOT compliance knowledge.
Leadership: 7–10 years supervising direct reports.
Regulatory knowledge: DOT, OSHA, HACCP, food safety.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA a plus.
