Drive regulatory compliance and quality improvement across WelbeHealth markets in a PACE environment.
Lead CAPs and RCAs with cross-functional partners.
Design, execute, and evaluate targeted quality improvements.
Collect and report enterprise trends; analyze CAP outcomes.
Collaborate with QODs, EDs, and MDs on regulatory findings.
Hybrid role based in CA with travel to Stockton, Modesto, Elk Grove.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's preferred.
3+ years in healthcare quality/assurance.
RCA, CAPs, and quality methodologies (PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma) experience.
Data analysis skills; Smartsheet, Power BI, and Athena EMR proficiency.
Ability to travel within CA; CA residency ideal.
