Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Provide regulatory compliance advice to internal teams on initiatives, products and projects.
• Monitor EU and Cyprus regulatory developments and assess impact on the business.
• Draft, review and maintain internal policies, procedures and compliance documentation.
• Lead the implementation of regulatory changes across teams.
• Manage end-to-end complaint handling, including logging, investigation and reporting.
• Support regulatory reporting, audits, inspections and information requests.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a hands-on regulatory compliance role.
• CySEC AML Certification and/or ICA Certificate in Compliance.
• Experience with a licensed institution supervised by the Central Bank of Cyprus.
• Strong understanding of EU and Cyprus regulatory frameworks for EMIs and PSPs, including PSD2.
• Experience drafting policies, procedures and regulatory documentation.
• Fluent English and Greek; other EU languages a plus.
