Deliver regulatory engagement strategy for Airwallex in Hong Kong region
Manage licensing for payment services, securities, asset management and money remittance
Coordinate with regulators and internal teams; ensure compliance across processes
Analyse products, guide 2LOD controls and enable mature customer-facing and back-office processes

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in compliance in financial institutions/FinTech/legal/consulting
Familiarity with HK regulations and Asia region (MSO, SFO, SFC guidelines, PSSVFO)
Data proficiency for strategic decision-making
Strategic thinker with ability to solve regulatory challenges
Excellent communication in English, Chinese & Cantonese
Experience with licensing processes and RegTech or tech-driven compliance
