📋 Description

• Own regulatory reporting for the EMI and the overall reporting framework: accurate, complete
• Lead the full cycle of regulatory change, from horizon scanning and interpretation to
• Be the main point of contact for regulators (CBC, CySEC) and lead communication during inspections
• Own and develop internal policies and frameworks aligned with CBC, CySEC, EBA, and EU requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law, International Law, International Business or Relations, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a proven track record of running regulatory
• Deep knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks (PSD2, EMD, AML directives, EBA guidelines) and hands-on
• Experience leading regulatory change, licensing, or inspections
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives to delivery
• Strong analytical skills, extreme attention to detail, and sound judgment under pressure
