Senior Release Engineer, Hyperscale Line of Business

📋 Description

• Build and improve tooling, dashboards, and workflows to keep releases on track.
• Track release health with items, tests, pass rates, issues, and commit status.
• Help teams identify release risk early and drive execution with clear data.
• Partner with the Release Manager to track milestones and release readiness.
• Assist with commit approvals and maintain release quality and consistency.
• Coordinate with engineering and QA on validation gates and go/no-go readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Python or Go experience
• Release process experience: readiness, milestones, risk, cross-functional
• Release tooling and workflows: CI/CD, dashboards, tagging, signing
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, architects, product, and docs
• Data storage tech experience (desirable)
• Hyperscale compute/storage architectures (desirable)
