Senior Release Manager

📋 Description

• Own and evolve enterprise release strategy, governance, and best practices.
• Plan, orchestrate, and execute large-scale SaaS releases across teams.
• Serve as the primary release authority for readiness, risk, and go/no-go decisions.
• Partner with Eng, Product, QA, Ops, Security, Support to align dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement of release processes, change management, and automation.
• Oversee testing strategies and environment readiness with quality gates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years in the SDLC within enterprise SaaS, with ownership of release management.
• 1+ years leading complex, concurrent software releases in a senior role.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and cloud deployment (monolith and microservices).
• Strong ITIL Change/Problem Management, release governance, and risk management.
• Release automation tooling experience; strong exec stakeholder mgmt.
