Senior Release QA Analyst

📋 Description

• Own release-readiness testing end to end: test planning, regression, smoke, and post-deploy
• Run go/no-go checks and give release owners a clear, evidence-based quality recommendation
• Resolve release issues without guidance and prevent recurrence through root-cause analysis and new
• Report on release quality using defect escape rate, regression pass rate, and release cycle time
• Lead small projects and run meetings, communicating with all relevant parties
• Proactively find and fix problems slowing the team down, prioritizing across competing releases

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of QA experience with a track record of owning release or regression testing for a
• Strong test design skills, turning loosely defined releases into risk-based test plans
• Hands-on experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium
• Fluency with defect tracking and test management tools, and API testing
• Clear written and verbal communication, explaining technical problems to non-technical audiences
• Proactive, self-driven approach, asking for help early and taking initiative on improvements
