🎯 Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Reliability Engineering with 4+ years experience.
Experience developing tests to evaluate performance/reliability of mechanical systems.
Experience with liquid/gas handling systems (pumps, pipes, ducts, fans) preferred.
Experience with accelerated lifetime tests across varying conditions.
Excellent communication and organization.
Strong cross-functional collaboration, including remote team members.
