Senior Reliability Engineer, Electronics

📋 Description

• Lead reliability test development and design for reliability for pack level subsystems
• Act as the primary authority on Design for Reliability (DfR) for critical electro-mechanical plant
• Translate high-level product goals into rigorous reliability requirements
• Design and lead complex experiments to uncover failure mechanisms and root causes
• Establish methods to accelerate failure rates in tests
• Be a champion for safety

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering or related field
• 3-7 years of industry experience
• Expertise in developing new tests for electrical and electromechanical systems
• Experience with testing of PCBs and other electronic components
• Familiarity with accelerated lifetime tests
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
