📋 Description

• Act as the primary authority on Design for Reliability (DfR) for critical electro-mechanical plant
• Translate high-level product goals into rigorous reliability requirements. Define the roadmap for

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in developing new tests to evaluate performance and/or reliability of
• Experience with outdoor power electronics or industrial control panels (including their actuators
• Familiar with developing accelerated lifetime tests to assess component reliability across a range
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills within a group of peers and the
