🎯 Requirements

15+ years in rendering or graphics engineering.
5+ years in technical leadership or engineering management.
Strong C++ programming skills.
Experience shipping advanced graphics features for game engines or real-time 3D.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for solving Roblox's rendering challenges.
