📋 Description

• Build and maintain comprehensive renewal reporting for high-volume customer segments, providing
• Own renewal data operations by defining what information must be captured, where it should be
• Translate raw CRM and renewal data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations that
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve renewal pacing models that track progress against
• Establish leading performance indicators and early warning signals to identify renewal risks
• Define and implement standardized renewal workflows and best practices tailored to high-volume

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Renewal Operations
• Demonstrated experience building, managing, and scaling renewal operations for high-volume customer
• Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience building renewal reports, forecasting tools
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, PivotTables, and complex formulas such as
• Proficiency with Salesforce for reporting, data management, and operational updates. Experience
• Experience with channel-led or partner-led renewal processes is strongly preferred, particularly
