🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Renewal Operations
• Proven experience designing, owning, and scaling renewal operations for high-volume customer
• Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience building renewal reports, forecasting tools, and
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, PivotTables, and advanced formulas such as
• Experience using Salesforce to manage data, build reports, and support operational processes.
• Experience with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms is an advantage.
