  • Own and execute high-touch renewals that influence GRR and NRR.
  • Lead end-to-end renewals, secure on-time renewals, and identify expansions.
  • Manage renewal portfolios with deep understanding of goals and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, CS, Support, Finance, and Product to protect contract value.
  • Identify risk indicators early and drive remediation to reduce churn.
  • Drive renewal and growth by engaging champions and economic buyers.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years in renewals, account management, or quota-carrying roles in B2B SaaS/enterprise software.
  • Proven renewals ownership with GRR/NRR, on-time renewals, churn prevention, and forecast accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of subscription contracts, pricing models, and value-based negotiations.
  • Comfortable leading multi-stakeholder conversations and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
