Senior Repair Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting for standards, cost efficiency, timely
• Manage vendor selection and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and related services
• Ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality via inspections
• Collaborate with Branch Operations Management; keep Regional Fleet Manager informed on KPIs
• Provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience; fleet maintenance experience a plus
• Ace certification and/or bachelor’s degree a plus
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, collision repair, systems and components
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and under-pressure skills
• Strong communication and leadership; ability to influence and make decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to travel up to 20% (air travel possible)
