📋 Description

• Partner with leaders to define goals and KPIs across functions.
• Define KPIs and reporting requirements; challenge assumptions.
• Build scalable reporting frameworks enabling root-cause analysis.
• Lead Sigma adoption; train users and enable self-service reporting.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to govern data.
• Build robust data pipelines and models for analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years BI/reporting with data science/business background
• 3+ years analytics engineering; connect pipelines to reporting
• 1+ years conversational analytics and agentic AI solutions
• Advanced Sigma; dashboards, governance, security; Looker ok
• Strong SQL; data modeling and KPI design
• Experience with AWS, Databricks, Delta Lake, Airflow, dbt, Redshift
