Own and deliver end-to-end innovation research projects across regions.
Analyze data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Develop high-quality reports, presentations, and insight-based storytelling.
Partner with Client Service and global stakeholders to understand objectives and address project
Review deliverables prepared by Research Associates and Analysts to ensure accuracy and quality.
Coach and support team members through feedback, training, and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years of experience in market research, innovation research, or analytics.
Strong analytical, storytelling, and project management skills.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
