🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in marketing research or related analytical roles
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to interpret data effectively
• Clear communication skills with strength in building data-driven stories
• Solid project management and multitasking capabilities
• Comfort working in digital/virtual environments
• Understanding of marketing research methods, statistics, and innovation metrics
