📋 Description

• Design and productionize a causal inference platform for incremental impact.
• Research and implement causal estimation methods, incl. heterogeneous effects.
• Build long-term outcome frameworks for projection from limited observation windows.
• Develop diagnostic and validation standards to ensure credible estimates.
• Leverage AI to create counterfactual scenarios and tools for users to run and act on estimates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Eng, Product, and Core Analytics to deploy solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, or related field with causal focus.
• 10+ years applying causal inference and ML with measurable impact.
• Deep expertise in observational causal methods: PSM, DoubleML, IV, DiD.
• Proficiency with Spark, Ray, SQL, Python; scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM.
• Experience with terabyte/petabyte-scale datasets in distributed computing.
• Strong communication to translate econometric findings into clear business recommendations.
