📋 Description

• Lead research and engineering to improve core conversational capabilities in production
• Enhance instruction following, retrieval, memory, and long-horizon tasks
• Build end-to-end models and pipelines for quality and efficiency
• Partner with platform/product engineers to deploy models in production
• Break down ideas into milestones and roadmaps
• Mentor researchers and set technical direction

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in AI/ML engineering or research
• Experience deploying LLMs in production
• Fluency in Python and ML tooling (training/eval/data pipelines)
• Track record turning research ideas into production impact
• Ability to define roadmaps and lead cross-functional execution
