📋 Description

• Lead research operations and panel management for beta programs
• Collaborate across teams to enable impactful research
• Manage inbound research requests and prioritize projects
• Develop and maintain research docs, templates, and techniques
• Build internal activities to grow Okta’s research culture and community
• Help teams access knowledge through reviews of past research

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in research or operational programming; degree in related field
• Collaborative, holistic problem-solving across functions
• Proactive, self-initiating with strong ownership
• Experience building/managing beta or early-release programs
• Experience managing research panels/participant communities
• UX research methodologies; recruitment; AI tooling (Claude, Gemini)
