Develop evaluation frameworks for performance, safety, and alignment.
Prototype new AI platform layers via continuous discovery.
Translate research into production-ready capabilities with engineering.
Publish internal memos, technical docs, proposals, and patents.

🎯 Requirements

MS (minimum) or PhD (preferred) in ML/AI or related field.
Strong background in deep learning, RL, and LLMs.
Experience with model evaluation methodologies and safety frameworks.
Ability to design novel AI systems from first principles.
Strong research-to-production mindset.
